How it works
Seats are counted from who is actually in your workspace. There is no separate number to keep in sync, because there is no separate number.
Invite them and they get a seat immediately, with their own 90 minutes a month. A proportionate charge appears on your next invoice. Nobody waits for billing to catch up before they can practice.
Their seat is released and a proportionate credit appears on your next invoice. You are billed one seat less from then on. No refund request, no email to support.
Every seat is $33 whether you are two people or two hundred. There are no tiers to cross and no thresholds to plan around, so your bill is always the seat count times one number.
Team members see their own minutes and progress. They never see the invoice, the seat count, or what their seat costs.
What each seat gets
Allowances are per seat, not pooled. One enthusiastic person cannot spend the team's month in a week.

No. Practice results are private to each person. Admins manage seats and billing, not performance. This is deliberate: a tool people feel watched on is a tool they stop opening.
Their seat is released and your next invoice is credited. They keep their account, streak and progress history, so if they subscribe individually later nothing is lost.
Team plans are billed monthly so seat changes stay simple and fair. Annual billing and invoicing are not available yet.
No. Each seat has its own allowance and it resets monthly. Pooling sounds generous but in practice one heavy user drains the shared pot and everyone else blames the admin.
Teams start at two people. On your own, the individual Core plan is the same product for one person.
